ADF women’s rugby is a combination of all three services put together by the best female rugby union players within ADF. We train at least twice a day, will do some strength and conditioning and obviously some skills. Outside of that the girls have got a comprehensive strength and conditioning program that they undertake five days a week. The team is very well prepared. We’ve put in a lot of effort this year through training camps and preparation through inter-service comps. What we’re planning to do in the United States is verse the armed services over there so the best that they’ve got with the best that we’ve got to offer. Our main focus is to play as a team and to and to win, win as a team you know win or lose we’ll still be over there as a squad and as one. It is the highlight of my life I’m so excited. This is my first actual tour so i am just jumping out of my skin I’m so excited.
