  1. Does this exercises helps you improve even your agility with the ball?
    Let me explain, this training should improve your agility, but does this improve your agility when it comes to dribbling too?
    I'm just askin' as when you dribble you need to be agile too

  2. This is what I needed.. Just played tournament match and I couldn't turn with the ball easily because of my hard stiff lower back and the reason I think is I've been sitting too much & playing video games.. F that shit man!!
