  2. At the beginning of the video you said this was not meant to be a long workout, but by the end you said to repeat the whole video! I was not expecting that, nonetheless, I did as you asked and did the whole workout twice!

  3. i have a cellerciser rebounder and you've encouraged me to get back on it. It's the best exercise to move lymph and get you healthy!
