Rugby 101 the haka. The haka is a traditional Māori war dance performed by warriors before battle, showing strength and prowess to intimidate the opposition. The All Blacks haka is called Ka Mate. And right before kickoff the team gathers at midfield to lay down the challenge. It was first performed by the All Black in 1906 and today’s haka is more powerful
than ever.
