Rugby stars line out to support breast cancer campaign

I’m Rory O’Loughlin, professional rugby payer with Leinster and Ireland. I’m Andrew Porter, also a professional rugby player with Leinster and Ireland I unfortunately lost my mother to cancer when I was very young. She was diagnosed around 2005 and unfortunately lost her battle with cancer in 2008. She originally fought it off but then
her breast cancer came back unfortunately. It was very difficult for myself and my family but I I think the work that the Irish Cancer
Society does is great for both cancer patients and also their families. My mom was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2004 but luckily she survived and got through it, has been doing well ever since. I think she’d be massive supporter of the Irish Cancer Society and staying active
post treatment, so the Stride for Life campaign is a great initiative that
I’ve been lucky enough to get involved with As 98% of the Irish Cancer Society’s income comes from donations you can help them out by donating at www.cancer.ie You can also help the Society by hosting a coffee morning in
your workplace or community
