Tennis Tip – Tennis Serve – The Correct Timing While Serving

The swing on the serve has three stages.
First stage: the racquet comes down and up, second stage: it bends, third stage: it goes to the
ball. A common mistake is stopping the racket
after the arm is bent, and it looks like
this. One – Two Three One – two – – – -three. A better rhythm is to stop a little bit at one, and then two-three fast. Once you bend the arm you gotta go fast One two-three.
